Upon completion, if you have a fax available, you can fax it to us at (907) 563-1803 and a Registered Nurse will call you back to review it and provide pre-operative instructions. If you don't have a fax available, don't worry. An R.N. will call you a few days before your surgery and complete it over the telephone with you. Obtaining this information in advance of your scheduled surgery date will help us plan for your care and make the admission process more efficient.

Note:  if your surgeon writes you a post-operative prescription ahead of time, we recommend that you fill it prior to the day of your procedure.  This will ease the transition from the surgery center to your home and ensure you're comfort throughout the day.
